Before you ask
Check the FAQ first — most installation, activation, connection and run issues match something there.
How to ask effectively
Include the following and one round is usually enough:
- Your operating system and MAN version;
- The step you are on (which guide, which step number);
- The exact message or on-screen text;
- What you have already tried.
Safety notes
- Enter codes only inside MAN. Never post a complete code in chat, screenshots or DMs.
- For license issues, the exact message text is enough — not the code.
- Purchase and activation are settled by the license status shown in MAN.
