Install & license

MAN does not open after installation

Run the downloaded EXE installer, then start MAN from the Start menu. If SmartScreen shows Windows protected your PC, open More info → Run anyway — the installer is not code-signed.

License code is requested or activation does not work

Check that the code is the complete one from your purchase, then select Activate. It counts once MAN shows License valid or the remaining time. Still failing? Bring the exact message to the community — without the code itself.

Connecting PS5

PS5 cannot be found

Confirm the PS5 is on, shares the local network with the computer, and has Remote Play enabled, then try Find again. Still nothing? Enter the local IPv4 address manually.

With several PS5s, Find only fills in the first one it sees — use manual input instead. Address, Online ID and pairing code must come from the same console.

Account information cannot be retrieved
  1. Make sure the field holds your PSN Online ID, not an email or nickname.
  2. Check the spelling character by character, watching case and look-alikes (0/O, 1/l/I).
  3. If PSN privacy settings block being found through search, the lookup fails too; relax the setting temporarily and restore it afterwards.
  4. Retry Get Account ID once the computer is online.
Pairing information incomplete

Check the console address and that the code is the one the PS5 currently shows. If the Link Device page was left, generate a fresh code.

Paired but not connected

Keep the PS5 on and wait for the status to reach PS5 connected; stream ready. If it fails, recheck Remote Play, the network and whether HDR is off, then retry.

Connecting Xbox

No console after sign-in

Confirm the browser used the Microsoft account linked to this Xbox, and wait for Signed in before Get consoles. On authorization or network errors, check access to Microsoft and Xbox services, then sign in again.

Xbox is not found

Confirm the account is linked to the console, the Xbox is on and remote features are enabled, then retry Get consoles.

Console selected but cannot save

Check the console row still shows a selection; if the sign-in expired, sign in again, then fetch and select the console.

Connection keeps failing

Power the Xbox off, unplug it for about two minutes, then start it again with remote features still enabled and the system up to date. If the Xbox app can wake the console but MAN cannot, the problem is the network or standby state, not your saved pairing. Automated runs

Connected, but MAN cannot start

Saved details are not the same as ready. The license must be active, the stream ready, a supported configuration selected and its preparation done — only then does MAN show Ready to start.

Stall or disconnect

Don't touch it. If no valid action is registered for about 5 minutes, the package restarts the game and continues the same task. If that keeps happening, recheck the network, stream quality and the in-game settings from the guide.

Cold touch

The player indicator turning blue and positioning starting to fail is normal game behavior. Click STOP (takes effect immediately and releases every button) and continue once the touch has recovered.

Wrong player recognized or grade drops to F

Check two things: the player indicator must be Basketball · Green · Large, and the selected takeover must already qualify. Both are covered in the Takeover section of the setup guide.

What is Manual Stream, and when do I use it?

A free configuration in the list, usable in any mode: once started, MAN runs no automation — you get the streamed picture plus a keyboard mapping and play yourself. When to use it and how to change keys: see the Manual Stream guide.

Basketball27 Open Court: the first three games go wrong

The first three games on a new save are special: the screens differ from a normal game and the automation can stumble here. Watch these three runs. If one goes wrong, switch to Manual Stream, play the game out by hand, then switch back and continue — full steps in the MC Open Court guide.

Asking for help

Ask in the community with the checklist on that page filled in, and never include a complete license code in messages or screenshots.
