MAN Terms of Use

Read these terms before installing, activating, or using MAN. By using MAN, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install, activate, or use the software.

Confirm these two rules before use

Human-versus-human play is prohibited. MAN automation may be used only for personal single-player, offline, or computer-AI scenarios. If any opponent is another human player, you must not use MAN or its automation features.
You accept third-party account risk. Games, console platforms, and online services may issue warnings, restrictions, bans, or remove currency, items, or progress. MAN does not control those decisions and, to the extent permitted by law, its operator is not responsible for those consequences or losses.

1. What MAN is

MAN is console streaming and input-assistance software that runs on your computer. After you connect a console you own or are authorized to use, MAN can send keyboard or controller input. Under a valid license, some features may perform preset actions based on the locally received video stream.

MAN does not modify game or console firmware, inject code, access game memory, alter game files or saves, intercept game network traffic, or sell or transfer in-game currency, items, or accounts. Console streaming support does not mean any third party permits automation.

2. Permitted use

You must meet the minimum age required where you live; minors need permission from a parent or guardian. Use MAN only with devices, accounts, and games you own or are authorized to use, and follow applicable laws and third-party rules.

Automation is limited to personal single-player, offline, or computer-AI scenarios. If you cannot confirm that no other human player is involved, do not start automation.

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

use MAN or automation in any real-time match, online room, matchmaking, or competitive mode involving another human player;
use MAN with an unauthorized console, account, or device;
reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or bypass licensing or membership controls;
resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute MAN or modified versions;
obtain or distribute license codes through fraud, payment abuse, or chargebacks;
use MAN for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or evasion of third-party enforcement;
claim that MAN is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or supported by a game publisher, developer, console maker, or online service.

MAN may suspend or terminate a license for violation of these terms, subject to obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Third-party rules and account consequences

Games, console platforms, online services, and network services are independent third parties. Their rules, detection methods, and enforcement standards can change at any time. Unattended operation, input automation, or automated acquisition of in-game benefits may violate their rules.

You accept responsibility for third-party warnings, temporary or permanent restrictions, account bans, removal of currency, items, or progress, and loss of access to accounts, content, or services. MAN does not promise to be undetectable and does not claim third-party approval. If you cannot accept this risk, do not use automation.

5. Licenses, purchases, and refunds

Free and paid features, license periods, device binding, and purchase rules are those shown in MAN and official channels at the time of purchase. Once redeemed, a digital license takes effect under those rules.

Except where required by law, an activated digital license is not automatically refundable because of third-party enforcement, game updates, device loss, service changes, or violation of these terms.

6. Necessary data and local storage

MAN processes information necessary for licensing, device binding, console connection, updates, troubleshooting, and live progress:

The license service processes license codes, installation identifiers, license status, and expiry. Connection and account information you enter is kept in local secure storage.
Xbox sign-in and connection rely on Microsoft and Xbox services, which process information under their own terms and privacy rules.
Live progress sends the app version, runtime status, current phase, match and in-game currency summaries, health status, platform, and an account reference that does not identify you directly, in order to build a read-only progress page. Do not share that link. Do not share that link.
Update checks may involve standard connection metadata such as request time, IP address, and User-Agent.

Normal operation does not upload raw stream video, screenshots, frame-by-frame recognition results, action logs, game-account passwords, or payment information. It does not publish PSN Account IDs, pairing codes, plaintext license codes, or any credential that could write to a progress page.

7. Dependencies and availability

MAN depends on consoles, games, networks, and third-party services. Changes to their protocols, interfaces, rules, or availability may temporarily or permanently disable features. MAN may reasonably update, adjust, suspend, or end features.

Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, MAN is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, its operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use MAN.

8. Brands and third-party names

MAN is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher, developer, console maker, or online service. Third-party names and marks are used only to identify compatibility or explain setup; their owners retain all rights.

9. Updates and contact

These terms may be updated when features, laws, or services change. Material changes will be communicated through the installer, app, or official website where reasonable. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
