Football 27: Black Cut
Two people each run MAN and join the same club league match. After kick-off the side taking the kick-off quits, the club forfeits and both go straight back to the lobby for the next one — loop after loop.
Needs two people — read this first
- Two people run MAN at the same time: two consoles and two game accounts, each with its own MAN, each pressing Start. One person alone can't run it.
- Different roles: under My role on the MAN main screen, one picks Non-GK and the other Goalkeeper.
- Same Favourite club: both accounts must have the same Favourite club set in the game, so they land in the same club league match.
Black Cut is in beta: recognising the club pages, matchmaking, kick-off and quitting is still being tested on real consoles, so it may get stuck on a page or be slow to quit. Send us what happened with "Upload logs" in MAN. The first time you press Start, MAN shows a notice; it only starts after you agree.
1Set up in the game
Both accounts:

Whoever kicks off quits: as soon as one person leaves, the club forfeits and both return to the lobby — one loop done. My role sits on the main screen; leave everything else at the defaults.
Want to see each other's status? Fill in Pairing code (optional) on the main screen with the same code (4+ letters or digits) on both copies of MAN; the goalkeeper can then show kick-off counts too. Leave it empty to run as before. The goalkeeper quits on its own after waiting too long (about 3 minutes).
3Start
- Both of you are in the gameIn The Grounds, the main menu or the title screen — MAN makes its own way into the club
- Each picks a role and presses StartThe first time, a beta notice appears; press "Agree and start"
- MAN runs the loopClub → lobby, take a slot → matchmaking → quit after kick-off → back to the lobby, repeat
If the screen stays unrecognised for a long time (black screen, an unknown page), MAN closes the game, reopens it and carries on.
Troubleshooting
- Never end up in the same match: check that both accounts have the same Favourite club and that My role is one of each.
- Quits on our kick-off without passing, or never quits: press Stop and send a monitor screenshot plus "Upload logs".
- Stuck on a page: wait a moment — MAN handles it or reopens the game; if nothing happens for long, press Stop, go back to the club lobby yourself and start again.
